Back in 2014, we took a bold step by launching our What began as a soft launch with De Montfort University has since grown into a wide network of partnerships across the UK, the US and Australia, opening direct pathway to universities for students worldwide.

Growing Through Change 

Ten years is a significant time, and 香蕉视频 hasn鈥檛 just grown in size鈥攚e鈥檝e matured as an organisation. We鈥檝e faced macro-economic challenges and policy shifts, adapting through the decade and emerging stronger as a result.  

Philip Moere,  College Director at De Montfort University International College (DMUIC), Philip Moere, fondly remembers our journey together: 

“De Montfort University International College first opened its doors in June 2014, with an initial intake of 6 students, in the past academic year the student body numbered well over 1000 students.  

鈥淲hilst the college has changed beyond recognition to cater for greater student numbers, and in the process its working relationship with DMU has broadened and deepened to create a strong and lasting partnership, 鈥痠ts philosophy remains the same, to prepare and equip international students with the academic tools and knowledge, to successfully 鈥痯rogress to De Montfort University degrees, whilst supporting their transition to living and studying in the UK, often for the first time.鈥�疊oth the college and university 鈥痩ook forward to welcoming many more students in the next ten years and celebrating their successes.鈥� 

Laura Guga-Voyce, COO of 香蕉视频, has seen first-hand how international education opens doors for people, having been an international student herself.

We鈥檝e supported 10,000s of students across the globe, helping them on their way to secure brighter futures starting with their international higher education. 

Alabhya Kumar Tiwari鈥痺as one of these. He embarked on an MBA with the University of Roehampton, graduating in September 2023.

The MBA program not only provided me with a solid foundation in business principles, but also equipped me with the leadership and management skills crucial for my role in Medical Education Administration at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust.

At 香蕉视频, we help students from across the world gain life-changing higher education, vocational, and language education opportunities. Our mission is “Learning Without Limits,” and we extend this philosophy to our employees by prioritising their development and wellbeing. 

Supporting Learning & Development 

To support our mission, we seek to support development throughout our people鈥檚 experience with us, from the induction process, on the job learning as well as formal opportunities such as sponsorship of professional qualifications such as TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).  

Everyone at 香蕉视频 has access to LinkedIn Learning  and we offer more targeted technical, skills based and manager training.  Over the course of the next year, we will be expanding our learning and development offering to include mentoring and other more targeted learning opportunities.  

Key Priorities in Employee Wellbeing and Inclusivity 

One of our top priorities is employee well–being and inclusivity. We actively participate in initiatives that promote open dialogue, encourage employee feedback, and promptly address concerns. 

We believe in nurturing a flexible working culture at the heart of our values. Our goal is to create an environment where all our staff can thrive. While there may be times when operational needs limit remote work opportunities, we have a framework in place for our team and managers to have open discussions and explore homeworking arrangements. 

We understand how important it is to care for yourself mentally and physically. Our commitment to employee wellbeing is evident through initiatives promoting good health. We have certified Mental Health First Aiders in all our central locations around the world and offer activities like yoga, internal podcasts, wellbeing webinars and social events to foster connections.  

In 2024, we launched our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee internally, to help us support staff regardless of background, and drive our inclusive culture across divisions and locations. We are beginning this journey and encourage feedback from everyone.听听
